Content Moderation
Every generation request is reviewed by our AI moderation layer before it reaches the GPU. We block requests that involve hate speech, harassment, explicit content, or impersonation of real individuals without consent.
No Voice Cloning Without Consent
We do not support voice cloning or voice impersonation of real people, celebrities, or private individuals without explicit verified consent and a legal audit trail. Our voice models are limited to synthetic voices only.
Watermark & Provenance
All free-tier outputs include a "Created with 1INAI" watermark. Paid users receive clean exports. We embed metadata in every asset to indicate AI-generated origin, supporting platform transparency requirements.
Data Privacy
Your business briefs, campaign data, and generated assets are never used to train third-party models. We store data in encrypted storage with enterprise-grade access controls.
Commercial Use Rights
Every model in our registry is classified for commercial-use suitability before being offered in a paid workflow. We track provider terms and restrict non-commercial or beta models from production use.
Human Oversight
Our moderation system combines automated filtering with human review for edge cases. Users can report problematic outputs, and our team investigates within 24 hours.
Prohibited Uses
The following uses of 1INAI are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action where applicable.
- Creating deceptive media intended to mislead or defraud (deepfakes for harm)
- Generating sexual or explicit content involving minors
- Impersonating real individuals without their explicit consent
- Creating content that promotes hate speech, violence, or illegal activity
- Scraping or bulk-harvesting generated assets to train competing models
- Circumventing usage quotas, rate limits, or payment requirements
